Use your points to save on your next purchase of VIEVE treasures. Every time you reach 500 points, you'll get a £5 voucher to redeem at checkout.

WHAT IS VIEVE VIP?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You can earn points in various ways such as referrals and purchases and use these points as discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

WHO CAN JOIN?

As long as you’ve signed up to create a VIEVE account using your name and email address you will be automatically enrolled and start earning points.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, following us on social and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, refer to the HOW TO EARN VIEVE POINTS section on our VIEVE VIP page. VIEVE VIP Points will not be awarded for the purchase of VIEVE gift cards

HOW DO I VIEW MY POINT BALANCE?

Your point balance can be viewed in your account when you login.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Select the tab called *Redeem Points* when you’re signed into your account.You’ll see your total points and if you have enough, you can redeem them for a reward using the generated code at checkout.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?

There is no limit on the total amount of points you can earn, however, we can only reward points for a maximum of 2 reviews within each calendar month and must be a verified purchase via vieve.co.uk only.

WHAT DO THE 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' AND 'CANCELLED' STATUSES MEAN?

Approved
These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending
These points need to be verified before you can redeem them.This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled
These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

WHAT HAPPENS IF A FRIEND I REFER CANCELS OR RETURNS THEIR ORDER?

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

WHY DID MY ACCOUNT BALANCE GO DOWN?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. Or a purchase has not been made within a 12 month period and therefore your points have expired.

I COMPLETED AN ACTIVITY BUT DIDN'T EARN POINTS

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Please note, points from leaving a review will take 14 working days to be added to your account, we can only reward points for a maximum of 2 reviews within each calendar month.Points from referring a friend will be added to your account 14 days after the referred friend has completed a purchase.

CAN I USE MY POINTS DURING CHECKOUT?

Yes, but you will need to redeem your points for a unique code first which can then be applied during checkout.

HOW DO I CANCEL BEING A VIEVE VIP MEMBER?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at support@vieve.co.uk and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE AND DECIDE TO JOIN AGAIN?

Just contact us and we will re-enroll you, but your point total will begin from zero.

WHERE CAN I REPORT A PROBLEM OR GIVE FEEDBACK?

Please contact our customer care team at support@vieve.co.uk on any further queries or feedback you may have.

WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Loyalty points will expire after 12 months, if no purchase is made within that 12 month period. If a purchase is made, all points renew for a further 12 months.

I PREVIOUSLY HAD AN ACCOUNT - HOW DO I CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT?

You will have received an email to activate your new account where all your previous points will have transferred across. Any issues please reach out tosupport@vieve.co.uk

I PREVIOUSLY HAD AN ACCOUNT - WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CLAIMED BUT UNSPENT VOUCHERS?

Any points turned into a voucher but were unspent, will have been turned back into points and transferred onto your new account. Any issues please reach out tosupport@vieve.co.uk.

CAN VOUCHERS BE REFUNDED?

Once points are converted to a voucher, they cannot be refunded back.
