ABOUT THE JOB

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in VIEVE’s growth, with a focus on overseeing and optimizing our content and marketing delivery across all channels and leading special projects as they pertain to brand, content and marketing. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Experience Officer, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless conception and execution of marketing strategies in partnership with the creative team and channel owners that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, a strong creative vision, an ability to develop content and marketing plans to achieve a brand vision, and the ability to drive brand growth through strategic marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and ability to translate data-driven insights into actions. The Senior Marketing Manager will work across the organisation, collaborating cross-functionally with the wider marketing team, E-commerce, Creative, New Product Development, Commercial, Customer Service, Operations and our Founder to achieve company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for:

Strategy Development:

  • Working with the CCXO, CCO and channel owners, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviours and provide key stakeholders with an overview of the competitive landscape.
  • Collaboratively define target audience & personas in partnership with Leadership & CRM, and create targeted messaging strategies to effectively reach, resonate and ultimately, grow our audience.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, NPD and CCO to craft a market-leading NPD programme across all categories with GTM plans.
  • Create strategic business cases that will help us utilize our marketing investment in the most impactful way.
  • Working with the CCXO and channel owners, create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets that seize opportunities and deliver a measurable impact.

 Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, influencer and affiliate partnerships, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce compelling content and promotional materials.
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective campaign launches.
  • Own and manage the holistic marketing budget in partnership with channel owners.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse both content and marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and our channel amplification efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and share insights to Creative Team and senior leadership.
  • Utilise data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed

Cross-functional Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including New Product Development, E-commerce/Digital Marketing, Commercial and Operations to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to integrate brand and marketing strategies into broader company initiatives and objectives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience within Beauty is highly desirable.
  • Previous managerial experience in a marketing, content strategy, or marketing operations role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content, the social media landscape and D2C marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
