For added definition and longer wear, fill in your lips completely to create a smooth, long-lasting base. Want to dial up the volume? Then, apply Poutder directly to the lips using the precise doe-foot applicator — start at the outer corners and work inward to fill in your lips in one effortless motion. One dip delivers a sheer, diffused wash of colour, or layer it up for a bolder, more sculpted finish.
