VIEVE PRO Makeup Artist Programme – Terms & Conditions
In these Terms & Conditions, “We” means VIEVE Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland (17c Townhead Street, Strathaven, Lanarkshire, ML10 6 AB) with company number SC 627693. “We”, “us” and “our” refers to VIEVE Ltd.
1. Eligibility & Account Approval
· To be eligible for the VIEVE PRO programme, you must:
· Be a makeup artist or beauty enthusiast, whether practising professionally, on a freelance or occasional basis, in training, with a demonstrable interest in makeup artistry (e.g. portfolio, certificate, proof of relevant work or training, or active beauty-focused social media presence) (“Programme Members”).
· Be 18 years of age or older.
· Provide satisfactory evidence of your involvement in or commitment to makeup artistry, which may include (without limitation) a professional or personal portfolio, enrolment or completion of a relevant course or qualification, business registration details (where applicable), website, social media presence, or other reasonable proof of active engagement in makeup artistry.
· Be accepted into the programme by applying through the dedicated form available at https://www.vievebeauty.com/pages/pro-mua-progamme
· We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and to carry out verification checks at any time and to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the programme where eligibility criteria are not met or cease to be met.
· Any and all personal data you supply to us shall be processed in accordance with the VIEVE privacy policy at https://www.vievebeauty.com/pages/privacy-policy
· The Payment Terms set out here shall apply to all orders under the VIEVE PRO programme save where there is conflict with these terms and conditions in which case these terms and conditions shall prevail in relation to VIEVE PRO programme specific provisions.
2. VIEVE PRO Benefits
· Approved Programme Members of VIEVE PRO may receive the following benefits:
· An exclusive 30% programme discount on selected VIEVE products available to purchase when using their VIEVE PRO email address and their own VIEVE PRO discount code, which will be emailed upon being accepted into the VIEVE PRO programme.
· Early access to selected product launches, community events, tutorials, and content designed to support members at every stage of their makeup artistry journey.
· We reserve the right to vary, withdraw or amend any benefits, discounts, product eligibility or access criteria at any time without prior notice.
· Benefits are personal to the approved Programme Member and may not be transferred, assigned, sublicensed or shared with any third party.
3. Discount Usage & Restrictions
· The VIEVE PRO discount is for the Programme Member’s own use, whether in client services, professional kit building, training, or personal use. The discount is not available for purchasing products for resale or for commercial redistribution.
· Purchasing for resale, for commercial redistribution, or on behalf of others is not permitted.
· Your VIEVE PRO account details must be kept confidential by you and you may not permit anyone else to use your bespoke VIEVE PRO discount code.
· The VIEVE PRO discount may be applied to up to a maximum of £2,000 of product (before discount and including VAT). Any spend over this within 12 months of joining the programme will not qualify for the VIEVE PRO discount.
· We reserve the right to audit usage and where misuse is identified we may:
o suspend or terminate your access to the VIEVE PRO programme;
o cancel affected orders; and/or
o recover or invoice any improperly applied discount amounts.
· The VIEVE PRO programme discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions or on any products with a built-in saving including but not limited to sets, bundles, kits and sale items unless expressly stated.
4. Orders & Returns
· Orders made through the VIEVE PRO programme are subject to standard VIEVE shipping, returns, and refund policies.
· All orders are subject to availability and product limits may apply.
· We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse, breach of these terms, or abnormal ordering patterns inconsistent with personal or professional use.
5. Term & Termination
· Membership is for a fixed term of 12 months from the date of approval.
· At its option VIEVE may renew membership but renewal is not automatic. If a Programme Member’s membership is not renewed by VIEVE, then you may reapply upon expiration, subject to re-verification and ongoing eligibility assessment.
· We may suspend or terminate access to the VIEVE PRO programme immediately by written notice if we reasonably believe or suspect that:
o you have breached these terms and conditions; or
o you do not meet the eligibility criteria; or
o your continued participation in the VIEVE PRO programme would be detrimental to the programme or to us or our brand in any way.
6. Changes to the VIEVE PRO Programme
· We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the VIEVE PRO programme, in whole or in part and including these terms and conditions at any time.
· Continued participation in or use of the VIEVE PRO programme shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions and acceptance of any updates or changes to them.
7. Governing Law
· The terms and conditions of the VIEVE PRO programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
· The parties agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
