VIEVE PRO Makeup Artist Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility 

  • To be eligible for the VIEVE PRO programme, you must: 

  • Be a professional makeup artist with valid credentials (e.g. portfolio, certificate, or proof of relevant work). 

  • Be 18 years of age or older. 

  • Be accepted into the programme by applying through the dedicated form available at https://www.vievebeauty.com/pages/pro-mua-progamme 

  • We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may decline or revoke access at any time and at our sole discretion. 

 

2. Membership Benefits 

  • Members of VIEVE PRO receive: 

  • An exclusive 30% discount on selected VIEVE products available to purchase when using their VIEVE PRO email address and bespoke VIEVE PRO discount code, which will be emailed upon being accepted into the VIEVE PRO programme.  

  • Early access to selected product launches and professional-focused content. 

  • Benefits are subject to change without prior notice. 

 

3. Discount Usage 

  • The VIEVE PRO discount is strictly for personal and professional kit use only. Purchasing for resale or on behalf of others or for any use by others is not permitted. You may not permit anyone else to use your bespoke VIEVE PRO discount code nor share it with anyone else. 

  • The VIEVE PRO discount may be applied to up to a maximum of £2,000 of product (before discount and including VAT). Any spend over this within 12 months of joining the programme will not be eligible to receive the 30% VIEVE PRO discount.  

  • Misuse of the discount may result in suspension or termination of your VIEVE PRO membership, and we reserve the right to invoice you for any amount of VIEVE PRO discount that we find you should not have claimed. 

 

4. Orders & Returns 

  • Orders made through the VIEVE PRO programme are subject to standard VIEVE shipping, returns, and refund policies. 

  • All orders are subject to availability and product limits may apply. 

 

5. Term & Termination 

  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of approval. 

  • You may reapply upon expiration, subject to re-verification. 

  • VIEVE reserves the right to revoke membership of the VIEVE PRO programme at any time, with or without notice if VIEVE in its sole discretion believes that you have breached the terms and conditions of the VIEVE PRO programme. 

 

6. Changes to the Programme 

  • We may modify or discontinue the VIEVE PRO programme or its terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the programme indicates acceptance of the latest terms. 

 

7. Governing Law 

  • The terms and conditions of the VIEVE PRO programme shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.  Each individual in applying to join the VIEVE PRO programme and VIEVE in accepting such application, consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
