After prepping your lips with a balm, swipe Poutder directly onto lips using the doe foot applicator — starting from the outer corners and working inward to softly define your lip shape as you go. Think of it like lining and filling in your lips in one effortless motion. One dip gives a sheer wash of colour, or layer it up for a bolder, more opaque finish.
